Timber Construction

In collaboration with the residents, a sustainable six-story CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber) structure was chosen, featuring load-bearing wooden walls and floors.In addition to ensuring a healthy indoor climate, the design highlights natural materials such as exposed timber ceilings, beams, and portals.

Blue Façades

The blue, enameled ceramic façades subtly reflect the sky and shift with the daylight and the seasons, giving the building a continuously changing appearance.

Patio Apartments

The larger apartments are organized around loggias on the west façade, offering living spaces that feel like patio housing. The more compact studios (north–south oriented) can be flexibly configured as lofts or en-suite apartments, overlooking the garden and the square.
